Amal Clooney is an American-Lebanese barrister, human rights campaigner and philanthropist. Her birth name is Amal Ramzi Amuddin. Graduate of Oxford University School of Law and New York University School of Law. Amal Clooney is a star of an extensive and long-running career as an international lawyer and investor. Her most famous clients include many nations, like Armenia which is trying to convince the Turkish government to acknowledge the Armenian Genocide. Amal Clooney was engaged and married American actor George Clooney in 2014 instantly becoming a household name in the world of popular entertainment. In the past, she was known for successfully representing her clients before courts and was well-known. The scope of her work ranges from tackling human rights and justice concerns to representing multinational companies in negotiations and court actions concerning government regulations. Since 2015 she served as a barrister in British Court in Doughty Street Chambers.
